- Use your theme colors often but not too frequently
- Pair them with a neutral such as white or nude.
- Have your theme start at the entrance, wow the attendees with a great entrance display.
- If the ceilings are high, “drop down” the ceiling with decorations such as balloons or large drops of canvas to create a more intimate space.
- Decorate the walls with photos, pictures or decorations along your theme.
- Make sure columns or partitions do not block the view.
- Bring in greenery and flowers to create a more natural and soothing feel.
