Providing them with seating options (e.g. lounge furniture), making sure they are properly shaded and cooled – these things can mean the world for your guests so they are more than worth considering.
· The entertainment. Just because the cocktail hour only lasts for 60 minutes, it doesn’t mean you don’t have to provide guests with entertainment options. Board games, outdoor games, ice breakers and some good, relaxing and positive music – these things can make everyone feel much better and it can help guests get in the “party mood” for the big reception.
