Avalon Music will work with you to find the perfect group to fit your budget, event date, location, mood and personality.  We can interface with you by email, but preferably by telephone. Then we can better determine which groups fit your event. We then check on rates and availability. Rates and availability vary by the day of the week, time of the year, and time of the day. For example, a group’s rate on a Saturday night in December can be significantly different than their rate on a weeknight in August. 
 
For over 16 years Avalon Music has been known as the expert in matching musical groups and musicians with events. Rely on our expertise, and resources of talented reliable musical groups to play at your special event.
 
Once we determine which group best fits your needs, we execute a contract. The contract is returned to Avalon Music with a deposit of ½ of the total. The remainder is due two weeks before the event.
 
Remember, Avalon Music is your advocate for you and your musical group. We make sure the group knows all the details necessary for your event. They know the attire, location requirements, your wishes and the pertinent details.
