Born in Santa Rosa, California, and raised in Texas, Anthony’s journey into music began with church choirs and school ensembles before evolving into a passion for jazz and the Great American Songbook. Inspired by the likes of Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennett, and Ella Fitzgerald, he pursued formal training at the Manhattan School of Music and NYU, honing his craft in both classical and jazz disciplines. His career took flight with prestigious roles in the Glenn Miller Orchestra and the Nelson Riddle Orchestra, where he mastered the art of reinterpreting beloved standards. Today, Anthony continues to redefine the American Songbook, infusing it with his own voice and vision. Whether performing with a big band or an intimate trio, he exemplifies how this rich musical tradition remains a living, evolving art form, connecting generations through its enduring beauty and universal themes.
