Once you approve, we secure your date with a deposit and handle all the coordination leading up to your event.

How far in advance should I book my band?

We recommend booking 3–12 months in advance depending on the event type. Weddings should book 6–12 months ahead; corporate events 3–6 months; and holiday parties as soon as the date is set (summer or earlier for December dates). Read our guide on early booking.

What happens if I need to cancel or change my event date?
