His creative output includes a newly released standards-based jazz etude project, Stream of Consciousness, featuring works that have garnered educational acclaim, including selection for Texas All-State Jazz. Dr. Witt’s versatile career also bridges musical genres, reflected in collaborations with the Houston Symphony and his leadership in Houston’s jazz scene as a former owner of Cézanne jazz club.
