Hotcakes - One of America’s hottest dance bands
One of America’s hottest dance bands, Hotcakes delivers versatility, showmanship and professionalism. Hotcakes defines what a great dance band should be; the nonstop beat of one great song after another coupled with outstanding vocal harmonies. Hotcakes never uses sampling or recordings during their performances. This band plays everything live and in real time.
Hotcakes was created with deep roots in R&B and classic rock of the 60’s. It wasn’t long before this solid, hard-driving band from Austin, Texas, added some carefully chosen hits from the 70s, and 80s to their extensive repertoire. With their ability to cover an evening of country and western to popular jazz standards from Armstrong to Sinatra, Hotcakes is the definitive party band.
Since their early years as house band at Austin’s hottest night club, Hotcakes has been packing the dance floor and satisfying audiences of all ages. They have shared the stage with such greats as Willie Nelson, Little Richard, George Strait, Talking Heads, Dixie Chicks, Hall & Oates, Michael McDonald, REO Speedwagon, Lorrie Morgan and Tanya Tucker, exhibiting irresistible enthusiasm and professionalism at it’s best.
Whatever the occasion, Hotcakes satisfies! From L.A. to Nantucket and across the Atlantic, this group of seasoned performers brings experience and versatility to the stage, from the most intimate affair to the most extravagant of corporate or social events.
Hotcakes always gives you a show to remember
